FCRA Compliance

Trust for Community Development is committed to full compliance with the provisions of the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010 and all applicable rules.

Foreign contributions will be received only through designated FCRA bank accounts after obtaining necessary approvals or registration.
All foreign contributions shall be utilized exclusively for approved charitable purposes.
Separate books of accounts for foreign contributions will be maintained as required under FCRA.
Annual returns and statutory reports will be filed within prescribed timelines.
No part of the Trust income or assets shall benefit any Trustee or individual member.

Declaration

The Trust certifies that all activities are undertaken solely for charitable purposes in accordance with its Trust Deed and applicable laws. The Trust remains committed to transparency, accountability, good governance, and the responsible utilization of all domestic and foreign contributions for public benefit.
